- SELECTION CONSULTANCY: It is the classic Recruitment Consultancy, providing our added value as a result of our previous experience as internal HR Managers, the most innovative techniques in terms of recruitment, maximum agility and adaptability to the specific needs of each company, a high level of professionalism and experience, always focused on a single goal: Select the most excellent professional according to the concrete and specific characteristics of each Selection process
- HEADHUNTING (Direct Search): For those professional profiles of special complexity or of singular sectors and/or environments and in general for those positions that require it or that our collaborating Companies entrust it to us directly.

Each Selection/Headhunting process that we undertake, in advance, we sign a Collaboration Agreement with each Company in which we reflect all the necessary aspects including THE logical GUARANTEE PERIOD for each position.
