CBN Executive Search SL, is a Recruitment and Headhunting Consulting firm, founded in June 2022 and merges the traditional principles and values of classic Recruitment Consulting with modernity and the most advanced techniques in Recruitment, thereby guaranteeing the maximum professionalism, coupled with agility and total adaptability to the exact needs of each company in pursuit of excellence in each Selection and/or Headhunting process.
It bases its action regime on the previous experience over the years of its Partner-Director Mr. Carlos Bianchi Navarro (Law Degree and Master in Human Resources Management from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICAI-ICADE), as a generalist and Human Resources Director of important companies in very diverse sectors (Industrial, Aeronautical, Civil Works, Distribution,...), directly and internally undertaking not only all kinds of highly complex positions in a global environment, but accustomed to mark the Selection Policies of these important companies, knowing therefore at all times the exact need of each company, as a result of their experience.
To the above he adds an already consolidated experience of more than 8 years as Director of Recruitment Consulting and Headhunter in a global environment.
Therefore CBN Executive Search, IT PROVIDES AN EXTERNAL SOLUTION REGARDING THE RECRUITMENT OF MANAGEMENT PROFILES, BUT ACTING AT ALL TIMES WITH AN INTERNAL VISION AND PERSPECTIVE AS IF IT WERE AN EXTENSION OF THE DEPARTMENTS. OF HR AND/OR SELECTION OF THE COMPANIES WITH WHICH IT IS INVOLVED.
